What we do
Capabilities
-
FDM 3D Printing
A ten-printer Bambu Lab fleet — two H2C, three X1 Carbon, five P1S — so we can run batches in parallel instead of one part at a time.
- PLA and PETG, in a wide range of colors
- Multi-color and multi-material parts
- Up to 350 × 320 × 325 mm per part on the H2C; 256 mm cube on the X1C / P1S
-
CAD & Design
In-house design in Fusion 360 and AutoCAD, so you don't need a finished file to get started.
- 2D artwork or logo → print-ready 3D model
- Parts designed from measurements, sketches, or a sample
- Modifying existing STLs: resizing, adding mounts, splitting for print
- Design-for-printing checks on customer files before we run them
-
Batch & Contract Runs
Repeatable production for small businesses — branded merch, product components, packaging inserts, replacement parts.
- No minimum order — quantities from a handful to several hundred units
- Consistent color and finish across the run
- Private listing or invoice for reorders
- US-wide shipping from Florida
-
Laser Engraving Coming soon
CO2 laser engraving for tumblers, wood, acrylic, and leather — personalization and batch branding. Ask us about lead times.

HackerRank Pixel Sunglasses — 200-Piece Conference Run
HackerRank wanted 200 pairs of tiny pixel-style sunglasses for the plush avocados in their conference claw machine, with a hard deadline before the show. They sent 2D artwork; we modeled the glasses in 3D with wraparound arms sized to hug a plush head and stay put, added the HackerRank wordmark to each arm, and printed the full run in black PLA with the pixel lenses picked out in white. Every pair shipped ready to slip onto a prize.
